Donald Reape had been active in the real estate appraisal business since the late 1960’s when after graduating from LaSalle College and spending several years as a HUD appraiser, he started his own appraisal business.

Louise Jeffers has had extensive experience in the real estate brokerage business and has worked as both a field and review appraiser for the past twenty years.

In 1994 Louise became the office manager of Reape, Jeffers & Associates. In order for the company to stay competitive, Louise orchestrated the conversion of all the current office and appraisal processes to computer driven models. In 2002 she became Managing General Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Reape, Jeffers & Associates and since that time the company has continued to grow and has maintained its reputation for high quality reports, timely turnaround and competitive pricing.

Louise is currently one of the few women in the country to be majority owner of a real estate appraisal company. She holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute, is a graduate of Rosemont College, and was a candidate for the “Woman of the Year” award for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
